Three friends founded Pockies in Amsterdam in 2015 with one idea: boxer shorts with pockets. That grew into what the brand calls couch culture, a full range of underwear, pyjamas and loungewear built entirely around comfort and sold with a healthy lack of seriousness.

Poliquant was founded in Tokyo in 2016 by designer Junichi Sugita, its name a blend of polite and piquant. Multi-functional jackets, hidden-pocket construction and unorthodox proportions bring Japanese craftsmanship together with a skate-rooted rebellious streak and European tailoring.

Pop Trading Company was started in Amsterdam in 2013 by Peter Kolks and Ric van Rest, first as a skate distributor and from 2016 with its own collections. Menswear fabrications, corduroy, knitwear and Gore-Tex give it a more considered take on skatewear, alongside long-running work with adidas Skateboarding and the Amsterdam scene it came from.
